@TeamYouTube as a company you should support a smaller creator... if you're making a policy like that you should balance it with a recommendation tab just to show a smaller youtuber so they got the exposure that they need to achieve that milestones
or better idea... since youtube is kinda acting like dicks how about a bigger creator like @tyleroakley @Zoella @PointlessBlog @pewdiepie @TanyaBurr @andrewhuang do a shoutout video to a couple smaller creator every month to help them grow
