It's playable, but after repeated play the AI can become easy to master for some at the most difficult setting. We are continually working to improve it and updates will come in time.

The AI will stop playing after a few minutes and it doesn't matter how difficult you are. He just doesn't make units or play. Check out the steam forum many players have this problem.
