Yes this is a good question actually, as a backer myself I would want to know if my friends who didn't back up the game will be able to buy the game on steam when it gets released and not wait a whole year due to Epic Store exclusivity.

Well they have some time to answer our question, if they ignore it then we can allow ourselves to be suspicious. And they said they do have full rights promised by Deepsilver. It's either them being duped by Deepsilver or them duping us. idk which is worst tbh.

The have complete creative control over their game. It doesn't look like they have complete control over where their game is sold anymore.

Maybe. Hopefully they do and they do care about what their customers want. And if they do intend to make it an Epic store exclusive they should be honest and just say it now. Ignoring their customers and lying to them is not the right thing to do.

AFAIK and IANAL the publishers get control over distribution among other things. Unless they got it in the contract that King Art Games gets to choose which stores the game gets put on then Deep Silver will make those decisions.

Well it's been more than 24 hours but let's give them a bit more time, maybe they're flooded with new work because of their new publisher deal, and I respect that.
