It has now been more than three weeks since @YouTube removed live streaming on our main account. The issue is still not fixed and we have not received any communication regarding the ban, other than that they are ‘working’ on it. We expect a 90 day ban. Until that time...(1/4)

The platform vs publisher is their excuse to escape accountability. I don't agree with them, I'm just repeating their stance.

No, it isn't. Their immunity for user content says nothing about platforms and makes no distinction between the two. That's a myth that's been debunked.

Then I need to watch their recent testimonies before Congress again, because I'd bet money I heard those terms being used by company reps and leaders.
