    The worst thing about this story is that a sizeable portion of Trump’s base will cheer on the fact that he reacted with such anger & immaturity toward someone who “badmouthed” him. They’ll see his weakness as strength and completely fail to hold him to any kind of higher bar.

    According to ABC, an audio reveals that after hearing someone was badmouthing him, the president immediately told aides to "take her out."

    With so many historians pointing out what’s obvious to them, that the U.S., among other countries, is rapidly moving toward authoritarianism and eventual white supremacist rule, no one who stands by and lets that happen has a leg to stand on in the inevitable aftermath/reckoning.

    The devastation in Australia right now FAR exceeds the Amazon fires or the California fires by MANY ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE, and there is no expectation that it will recede for at least several more months. In parts of Sydney, breathing the air is equivalent to a pack of cigarettes.
