An FYI... this seems to be a new orders day started last term. These are cases that were considered for the 1st time at the justices' last conference of the year. They weren't granted last Friday, presumably so the Court could do whatever it does during a relist.

By my count, that brings us to 15 cases granted for the remainder of the term (48 total), with 5 being argued in Jan. (I'm assuming some Trump-specific cases are going to be bounced.)
