(Iowan) The State Court Administrator Todd Nuccio violated Iowa Code 721 by doing this. The Sheriff was right in making the arrest, but the prosecutor is wrong in not letting them go and charging Nuccio.

Iowa has no rights to pretrial depositions in simple misdemeanor trespass. Best strategy for
@coalfire is to subpoena Todd Nuccio and Chief Justice Cady to testify along with Cady's attorney under the crime-fraud exemption. Watch the charges get draped ASAP.
