Good day people! I have this bug in my iPad and iPhone where downloaded videos won’t play when I am not connected to the Internet.

We'd like to help. Have you tried signing out of the app and signing back in to see if that resolved the issue? Also, does this happen across devices? Keep us posted.

Cheers for the response. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and re-signing in the app. Unfortunately, the problem still persists.

In addition to that, the problem is happening to my iPad (iPad Pro 10.5”) and my iPhone (iPhone 7 Plus).
