@dbsbank #AskDBS I’m going round in circles https://internet-banking.dbs.com.sg/IB/Welcome?FROM_IB=TRUE&SERVICE_ID=000000000000346&PWEB=TRUE&DBS=TRUE … tells me service unavailable and o call. And when I call I get a automated service tells me 3 working days to get back to me. Which I’m pretty sure I tried it before early Jan, but no confirmation previously.
#AskDBS the internet banking website doesn’t have an equivalent service and i tried service search using keywords “credit”, “waiver”, “fee”.
Can you reduce such dark patterns please? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_pattern#Roach_motel … I am a customer of your credit cards > 10 yrs.
