Trump has high confidence that his ‘Operation Warp-speed’ can deliver a Covid-19 vaccine by the end of the year. Why then rush a nation with 1.5 million infected people out of lockdown? Many will die unnecessarily. The economy will crash anyway because most people fear infection.
