1. We will treat data from anyone watching children’s content on http://YouTube.com as coming from a child, regardless of the age of the user. This means we will only collect the data needed to support the operation of the service.

At this point, there’s no way to guarantee that your content will appear in YouTube Kids, but if you self-designate that your video is made for kids on main YouTube, you may still be able to monetize with contextual (not personalized) ads. More: https://yt.be/help/pE5Q

Thanks for the info, guys. Will there potentially be limitations for kids creators who generate sponsorship deals for content and/or product placement (i.e other ways to monetise aside from AdSense)? And when can we learn more about $100 mil fund + how to apply?
