Thanks for the screenshot! To clarify, you can add video tags on the main YouTube app but custom thumbnails on a mobile device, can only be added through the YouTube Studio app. About community posts, mind sharing more details about the question? Keep us posted.

I've gone through the settings, but I haven't been able to find a way to make my own community posts I was just wondering if it's possible to do on mobile

If you have over 1k subscribers you’ll have access to Community posts. Note: It will take up to 1 week to see the Community tab after passing 1k subs.
