Unfortunately the

"intraoperative fentanyl" - sorry for not knowing, but what does intraoperative mean in this case? Intraoperative means during the operation, so I guess I'm wondering HOW it's administered?
-
How can anything involving administration of fentanyl be "so quick and easy?"
-
It's quick and easy -for them-. Circumcision is the easiest money in the business, you strap a child to a board so they can't resist, cut a piece off them, often without any anesthetic because "it takes too long", and then sell that piece online for hundreds more! It's madnesspic.twitter.com/eUDmUiALvM
