I was wondering this when I seriously started thinking about infants with their ears pierced... idk it’s a cleaner diaper situation if they are .. but like

Intact kids are easy to care for, you don't have to worry about an open wound in their diaper getting infected. People think you need to retract the foreskin and get under it to clean but doing so too young only harms them. Just clean the outside and leave it alone, simple.

No I mean I work at a daycare and that’s not always the case. Infections can happen either way.

I mean the important part of the circumcision debate is about human rights and consent... but still... I don't like how the medical literature gets abused on that specific point
