Now, and here's what I don't understand, despite this, companies like UMG, still somehow manage to break this law, and claim videos that have clips of TV shows, movies, music, and even images, that are under fair use. Sometimes, the videos get claimed for no reason.
@TeamYouTube With fair use, we, as content creators, are supposed to be allowed to use copyrighted material for the use of criticism, news, teaching, research, without the permission of the original owner, in order to entertain our audience, and get money from advertisements.

Another thing. Along with fair use, we have rules that prohibits YouTube channels from uploading various stuff, such as, an entire movie or full episode of a TV show with no changes for monetary gain, a full unchanged song, while claiming it as your own...

However, it seems like that there are videos that break at least one of all these rules. First, uploading full movies, episodes, and songs without permission. In Russia, there is a show called Masha and The Bear. From what I know, this show is very popular in Russia and America.

In fact, the show has it's own YouTube channel. But, there is another channel that goes by the name Get Movies. This channel has uploaded countless episodes of Russian children's shows without the permission from the original creators, being able to get tons of views.

Let me give you an example. Four years ago, Masha's channel uploaded the episode "Jam Day", and it has gained 126 Million views. However, Get Movies uploaded the same episode two years prior, and it has gained at total of 3.3 Billion views.

That view count makes that video the 5th Most Viewed Video and the only video in the Top 10 most viewed videos to not be a music video. A video that is basically an episode of a TV show uploaded without permission does not deserve that title.

It takes viewers away from the official uploads of the episodes. You need to delete channels like this one. Next for disturbing content, which also goes with videos with abuse and videos that support negative behavior, this goes for the large amount of monkey abuse video.

People have been complaining about this and you've been ignoring it for years. Get rid of these videos. Next is sexual content. There are SO MANY videos that are said to be for "education purposes", when they are clearly not, like sex education, breastfeeding, giving birth, etc.

And, lastly, there are the misleading and spam videos. So many videos, mostly ads, claim to have ways to gain free Robux or gain free V-Bucks, but are just there to fool poor kids into giving someone else free money, or to give the kid a deadly virus on his computer.

Plus, there are a bunch of YouTubers that say they're doing a giveaway, and you'll have the chance to win an new Console or $500 Gift Card, but, in reality, just want to take people's money. The point is that you need to get rid of all this stuff.

If you guys can do that, then we will be one step closer to getting YouTube back like it was in 2012-2015. A.K.A, the best years of YouTube. This took me an hour to make this, but it was worth it to state my argument.
