Once you meet the general eligibility requirements, you'll see a notice in your advanced account settings and in your Creator Studio dashboard. So, could you share a screenshot of your channel's 'Status and features' page: https://yt.be/help/T5nY ? Keep us posted.

I double checked. I didn't find anything. Can you please resend it? cause still we're not qualified for "Custom URL" ,although we met the requirements a while ago.
