I want to thank my supporters. You all know me. I’ve never been one to be part of the circus. I’ve been the one who comes in to end the circus. That’s just who I am. California’s problems aren’t going away, and I’m proud that we ran a campaign based on experience and solutions.

Long-time radio personality and comedian Russ T. Nailz was a true San Diego legend who shared laughter and joy with all of us for decades. He was a friend who had a heart of gold and always brought a smile to everyone he met. I’ll miss him greatly.

Last week, LA County health said there’s been no evidence that football games at SoFi Stadium have been super spreader events. This should be celebrated. It’s clear that almost no one inside the stadium wears the required masks. Why not end the mask mandate for outdoor events?

Keep hearing of train burglaries in LA on the scanner so went to #LincolnHeights to see it all. And… there’s looted packages as far as the eye can see. Amazon packages, @UPS boxes, unused Covid tests, fishing lures, epi pens. Cargo containers left busted open on trains. @CBSLA

For the past 10 years our family tradition has been to spread the holiday cheer to some local families who need a little extra help during the holidays. The tradition continues this year when we surprised Aiden here with a few presents!

Several of us students went to Sen. Dole’s office, unannounced, hoping to meet him. There were tons of official types in the waiting area. He walked past them to meet us. He was so genuine. Urged us all to pursue public service. That’s Bob Dole’s essence. He‘ll be missed.
