I’m not sure I see any fertile ground here. Equality of outcome and freedom are opposites. Attempting to achieve both at equal weight is based with a massive misunderstanding of natural human behavior. To me, Sound Money is a better tool than COST.

The obvious complement to the COST in that article is a UBI. I think COST + UBI lands us in the upper-right quadrant.
