I finished it yesterday and I had a rare moment for a piece of non-fiction, where I wanted wipe my mind somehow (maybe methods from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) and then start again! I was sad to have finished it, although happy with the learning!

It was really helpful in understanding key hidden motivations and then looking to how to focus this knowledge on self-improvement and thinking of policy implications.
