FYI I recently started a new job in biotech, so I've been trying to "learn" molecular biology (by which I mean, "just scratch the surface of"). Holler if you're also into molecular bio, so I know who my new peeps are :). Also please share any good learning resources, esp. videos.

This is a standard textbook. When I was PM at molecular diagnostic firm, I found it rather straight forward to review a chapter/section to learn some concept, (eg PCR). Yeah that seems to be the reference that all the savvy people point to. I'm working my way through one of the chapters now and quite enjoying it!
