(sorry this one slipped by) Sadly I have *zero* insight into how pricing decisions were made for our book. I presume it's decided by the publisher, but in this case, they've been astonishingly bad at communicating with us =/.

It's so weird and random! I'd assume given your audience (more internet-y people) that they'd gouge on the e-book version. I like physical more usually, but 2x price more?
