Right, but even here I don’t think you should avoid something that might fall into the category of meta-self promotion. That involves mentioning where you are talking to someone to promote it or highlighting others who have reviewed it.

Agree strongly with Jeff! Whatever is where you start to feel uncomfortable is far from the real line. You know you have aversion to self-promotion (I share it) so important to intentionally lean into it more:)
