Cool idea. Could explain why as aspie I don't do happy very well, but like solitary stuff.

Curious to hear you say more about “not doing happy very well.”

Well, for one, mood is kinda negative, chronic depression, anxiety, take meds. My global happiness maybe 4/10, but satisfaction 7/10.

I prefer "flow" activities, usually solitary to "fun". If I use word "fun" trends to be semi-ironic, like a mountain bike descent that was

pretty hairy, but you're pleased to find that u survived. Phrase "happiness is a social emotion" clicked for me; "happiness is other people"

was always "WTF r u talking, man". I do underestimate how much I will like social, but the only social that reliably gets me pumped is

intellectual conversation. Wife has 'splained the social fun thing to me, and IDGI. Seeing this as aspie/NT thing is helpful.
