I've noticed that when people like Tweets as a sign of acknowledgement, it diminishes their significance.

Guilty! I treat likes as nodding along in conversation. Picked up the habit from Sarah. Feels right to me from both sides.

I started to resent it. But then again I resent having to say "Bless you" every time when a person sneezes.
