Google search is fast iterable with different search terms and advanced search settings and quotes. you can't fast iterate your FB feed.

I think Ben’s point was that FB tweaks its algo based on what users “want”/how they behave. So it’s not really in control... just optimizes.

Internally, news feed team has a special dashboard where they can tweak parameters & see different types of feeds. I.... still want that.
