      Saying that Facebook controls what’s in the newsfeed is really no more correct than saying Google controls what’s in search results.

      This seems like a semantics quibble. They control the order and that impact is huge.

      Google also controls the order of search results. But I agree that FB seems to have more control. Worth making this intuition more precise.
