Hmm, not quite my intuition. I see us treating it like Voldemort. Aware if it, terrified of it & trying to constantly avoid thinking of it.
Have you not encountered people who celebrate death as a necessary/good feature of life?

Maybe 1 or 2, but the vast majority fall into the Voldemort frame. Full disclosure: I'm one of death lovers :P
