Out of all of them Get Plain Text is probably in need of more promotion. It’s nagware which might bug some ppl but I gladly paid

oh there's a keyboard shortcut too, sweet!!

Macs already have a shortcut that strips text. Option+shift+command+V

I have mine set to cmd+shift+v (you can do the same in System Preferences > Keyboard).
