My heavy blanket is magical. I discovered that if I'm crying, I can just cover myself with the blanket, and the tears will stop. Amazing!

Oh, its lovely. I've been sleeping w/it for months. Main issue is that I sleep on my side, and the heaviness isn't as heavy as I'd like.

16 lbs. Take your weight, divide by 10, add 1. (I reckon I could go even heavier, but that's the standard recommendation)

If you get one, make sure you get one long enough for your body. I got a bit too short, so my poor feet don't get swaddled properly.
