Trying an experiment - using lists *instead of* following people.
I've been trying this too. iOS hack: save list URL (e.g., https://twitter.com/naval/lists/whatever …) to home screen for easy access. (It opens in Twitter app)

Hmm. It opens in Safari for me. https://Twitter.com automatically redirects to https://mobile.twitter.com too. Maybe that's why?

Yeah it's been finicky for me too. When I tap it, takes me to Safari. When I search for it (my default), takes me to Twtr client ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
