provide new info, context, or analysis. expose synchronicity and dissonance. do not waste time.

both, but the first sentence mostly covers not wasting followers' time. can break it to explain or ask questions.

another rule: don't ape others. tweet/rt selectively, proactively: not bc I enjoyed it but because it is valuable or beautiful.
