That's... a really good question. I think for some people it can be, but for others, being mindful/present/aware is the most
meaningful thing there is, because conscious experience is "inherently" meaningful. Do you have other/more nuanced thoughts?

I think it's personally meaningful for a lot of people, but seems to explicitly reject connection with any larger constructs.
