imo just being good listener isn't enough. leader should have strong bias and then be willing to modify that via listening
Honest question: why is having a strong bias necessary or good? Can't leadership be directionless (mediation & balancing)?

in a startup couldn't work bc of need to bias to action since default mode is failure. i get that is my bias :)

yes, this hits nail on the head. And since I tend to think political action is overrated, I wonder how much action-bias is needed
