I used to scratch my chin at this, but I'm starting to come around. Ability to onnect with others seems as much a "right" as food.

@KevinSimler I think there's a steelman, but this formulation strikes me as tone-deaf and self-congratulatory at best. -
esp. in SF, "the work we are doing is just as important as giving people access to shelter" is not a great line, imo.
