@KevinSimler yes, or at least relatively. I mean it's all relative anyway, we're using Bayesian logic, as we should. There's no absolutes

@KevinSimler I'm speaking from the superrational perspective, of course. The soldier and the suicide bomber are both perfectly rational.

@KevinSimler you may notice this allows me to say IN GENERAL a suicide bombing is insane; I cannot know about a particular event's timeline
