Let me try this again: Are there principles that let you condemn suicide bombing, but not falling on a grenade and/or volunteering for war?

@KevinSimler when you do a suicide bombing, you haven't signed your moral agency over to a 'legitimate' sink of moral agency.

@ctbeiser How's that? Don't most suicide bombers do it in the name of some cause or religion? How is that not legitimate?

@ctbeiser Do you mean it's not legitimate in the eyes of the victims? E.g., the way states who wage war consider each other legitimate?
