Is there a principled distinction between suicide-bombing and falling on a grenade to save your squad?

@KevinSimler don't know about principles, but throwing oneself on a grenade would be automatic/instinctual. Suicide bomb planned/calculated.
@evokit That's plenty principled! (But principled enough for you to condemn one without condemning the other?)
