      @KevinSimler an outsider to "outsider" groups too. Was trying to shorthand saying I don't have much experience in group dynamics like that.

      @TimothyChutes trick is to (1) genuinely like your teammates, and (2) do team-wide activities that feel fun and organic (not forced)
