@TimothyChutes trick is to (1) genuinely like your teammates, and (2) do team-wide activities that feel fun and organic (not forced)
@TimothyChutes Without (1), you're hosed. If you have (1), then you just need to get creative about (2). Helps to have partners-in-crime.
