      @KevinSimler @DoTheWeirdStuff Ads used to bother me. Adds up to a lot of annual annoyance. CBT vs. inception doesn't help. Vs. this does.

      @KevinSimler @DoTheWeirdStuff Yes. CBT is about altering thoughts. Use it against the thoughts being altered, in favour of the new one.
