Renters in US: how many of your neighbors do you know and socialize with? (not counting people you know from elsewhere, like work or school)

@GabrielDuquette both standards and levels of stuff-in-common Iocally have changed - we can't just watch local sports with neighbors now

@sarahdoingthing @GabrielDuquette but don't you need a fundamental (economic?) reason to be together before, rituals can have any effect?

@KevinSimler @GabrielDuquette maybe, or maybe they can co-opt circuits that rightly assumed shared economic reason for most of human history
