Who prefers endnotes to footnotes, other than people who don't want to read notes?

@nsbarr I think you nailed it. I always feel like endnoters don't want me to dig too deep in what they've written.
@mduafala @nsbarr I used to prefer footnotes for this reason, but now prefer endnotes. Being lazy I read them less, thus stay more immersed.

@naku1s yeah he's one of my favorite authors :). I especially liked his embedded/margin-note piece about the talk show host. DFW FTW!
