idea: put all of my non-mutual follows in a list called "consume" (or w/e) and then unfollow them I'm intrigued by how that might affect my Twitter experience

I’ve been thinking about making an alt under my real name, protected account, following and followed by just a few dozen mutuals (ppl I learn the most from). Kinda like my own private Slack or email list, but with the Twitter interface/norms.

Visakan Veerasamy @visakanvI highly recommend that everybody create a locked close-friends-only alt. I've described it as like having a quiet room at a house party, and it's absolutely helped me enjoy the party more. ("yeah but you can just leave the party" shut up brad, the internet is my house)Show this thread1 reply 0 retweets 5 likes
