FWIW, I would fully support shareholders taking up lawsuits. I’m also interested in exploring other models for growth. Genuinely don’t know what’s best here....

Just to be clear I'm not saying anything about the trickier question of what collective contractual undertakings are good. Just saying if you agree to take people's money to invest it for profit, and then do something else with it, it's blatant theft.
