Again, I’m having trouble thinking of examples where the only evidence is a video. Can you give an example of something caught on camera in the past that DQed a politician, that you think could be dodged in the future with cries of “Deepfake!”?
Maybe what y’all are trying to say is that deepfakes make it easier for would-be Trumps to be more Trump-like in their disregard for truth (even in the face of clear contradictory evidence), because the veil of plausibility will be ever-so-slightly thicker?

Maybe we'll get an equilibrium where the cops can deepfake anyone they want into a crime scene and if they're not sympathetic to the jury they get jailed. Or maybe we get an equilibrium where CCTV footage is no longer considered admissible evidence or something
