Keeping an SLA of <100% response rate is the only reason Twitter is a viable habit for me. I assume that everyone is already operating under this model.
But also I feel bad when I let things fall through the cracks, and have considered tweeting out a similar disclaimer. It’s nice to make it explicit.

I genuinely feel bad. Like, I care about the communities I hang out in here and I really wish that I could give 100% to everyone. Goddam reality always constraining me
