What would you do if you had elementary aged kids now?
i would ask around and get advice from a ton of people first :). but since i haven’t done that exercise, i can only point to my idle fantasy which is getting ~8 families together for a shared community/home-schooling setup

Shared community, homeschooling... yes, I studied Ecovillages largely for this reason for almost 10 years... and partnered with some interesting developers to build one in Asheville NC... we ended up almost partnering with a Waldorf school. Long story. happy to chat more.
