Seems like there’s a huge black hole in our understanding of curiosity and how to foster it. From what I can tell, this is a vastly understudied area in both psychology and education. Which is weird...
Naively I would assume that there are heaps of studies on it... is that not the case? But yeah fostering curiosity (rather than deadening it) seems to be at the center of the problem
