Would pay for a slow-release caffeine pill that would activate 7.5h after I go to bed
I sometimes used this routine during college: 1. Set alarm for 7 hours 2. Eat regular caffeine pill 3. Fall back asleep 4. Pop up ~20 minutes later Not as elegant as a time-release pill, but it gets the job done :)
