1. have you played avalon or the resistance? those are my models. they’re similar to werewolf but i wonder if you note any important differences

2. which public figures, if any, do you think are attempting to play/refine the villager strategy? (is this a useful question to ask?)

@DavidDeutschOxf seems to be playing Villager as well, albeit not really modeling the politics of it. The Beginning of Infinity and the Taking Children Seriously stuff stand out to me as things trying to be understood well enough that you *know whether you disagree and why*

Very useful contrast to Steven Pinker, who is trying to occupy nearly the same political space, but with very different tactics, and in particular doesn't seem to be trying to be clear enough to make disagreement easy and crisp.
